The location at 5454 Miller Road was started 22 years ago by Mark Morrison who continues to be one of the current owners. The business started as a commercial truck tire center but business was increasing rapidly and Tires First was going to have to expand to keep up with the growing customer base. With Mark Morrison being the founder and Tom Hargrove being an employee for almost 10 years they wanted to take it to the next level. The two partnered up to purchase this location in November of 2002 and initiated the expansion that was needed to give the best possible customer service. As business continued to grow so did the shop; a new office was added, new fully equipped lifts were installed, and the parking lot was expanded. Tires First quickly became an all service center delivering services to retail, commercial, and government accounts. While maintaining loyalty to current employees at that time, additional ones were also hired.

Mark is a second generation professional in the tire business. He has a vast knowledge of the independent tire dealer as well as a strong customer base. Tom is third generation in the automotive industry with many years experience of employment with Michelin Tire. Customer service and loyalty are two main characteristics of Mark and Tom. They now have 26 bays to service you along with free wireless internet, coffee, hot chocolate, cappuccino, and bottled water in their wait rooms. Best yet, they have a free shuttle service to transport you to home or work.
